1. Before Creative Work Begins
   If you cancel your order before any creative work has started, you will receive a full refund with no questions asked.

2. Initial Design Dissatisfaction
   If, after receiving the initial design concepts, you are not satisfied, and choose not to continue, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. No Submission from Designers
   If your project does not receive any design submissions from our team within the promised timeframe, we will issue a 100% refund automatically.

Non-Refundable Situations

To protect the integrity of our designers’ work, the following situations are not eligible for a refund:

• You have approved a design draft or requested revisions beyond the initial concept.

• The project has entered the handover or final file delivery phase.

• You placed an order, but did not respond or provide input within 7 days of project start.

• You have downloaded the final design files.

Revision & Support Before Refund

Before issuing a refund, we may offer:

• Complimentary revision rounds to meet your expectations.

• The option to reassign your project to a different designer.

Refund Method

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
